How long will it take to implement?
With Memberize, there is no software to install. Your site can be up and running in a matter of minutes.
Will the Memberize logo appear at the top of all my pages?
Few if any of our customers leave the Memberize logo in the header area of their pages. The header and footer areas can be customized with any logo and color scheme you choose.
Can I change my pages color scheme?
Yes, using the Memberize Style Setup you can change the fonts, colors and other appearance criteria of all of your pages to customize the look and feel of your site to match your organization’s theme.
Can I use my own domain name?
Yes, you can have your own domain name directed to your pages on the Memberize server.
Where is my member data stored?
Your data is stored on a dedicated server maintained at an industry-leading data center. The infrastructure is monitored and supported by network administrators 24 hours a day/7 days a week. Various Intrusion Detection Systems and a hardware-based firewall protect the network. Your data is backed-up nightly with tapes stored off-site.
If my organization’s data is stored on the Memberize server, then who owns it?
Your data is your data. Memberize will not use your data, contact your users, or sell your membership lists. You may access your member and billing data online or download it to a spreadsheet application. Upon termination of your Memberize services, you may request a copy of your database and have it removed from our servers.
What about credit card security?
Payment processing is handled by an industry-leading, highly secure encrypted gateway, with all transactions going through a secure socket layer. Your members will feel safe transacting online.
What about user privacy?
Only your designated Administrator(s) has access to user data. Users may elect to display their contact and other personal information to other users, or they may elect to keep this information private.
What about documentation and support?
Your website Administrator will receive a Website Configuration guide to help configure your website. User and Administrator Help is available online. Email and Phone support is also available.
How do I upload my current member data?
Memberize will upload your current member data for you. Memberize will also provide you with a Quick Start guide for your members so that they can quickly learn their way around the new site.
Is there any limit to the number of users we may have or the number of events we may post?
No. But...your monthly subscription fees are based upon the amount of records in your database. Monthly fees increase with increased members and decrease with decreased members. Click here to see the monthly fee structure.
Can non-members register to events?
Yes, events may be designated as members-only, open to the public, or both.
