To GaREIA Members & Landlords,

The Atlanta Housing Authority needs your assistance to meet its goal of expanding affordable housing opportunities to Atlanta’s low-income elderly, disabled and working families. This is an opportunity for guaranteed rental income, market competitive rents, long-term tenants and a chance to earn additional incentives. If you have a single family or multi-family property that you would consider making available to Housing Choice Voucher Program participants, contact us today! Email us at: or contact us by phone at 404.892.4700 and ask for Landlord Services.

The Housing Authority of the City of Atlanta (AHA) is the largest housing authority in Georgia and one of the largest in the nation. AHA provides and facilitates affordable housing resources for nearly 22,000 low-income households comprised of approximately 50,000 people.  These affordable housing resources include AHA-owned residential communities, AHA-sponsored mixed income, mixed-finance residential communities, tenant-based vouchers, project based rental assistance, supportive housing arrangements and homeownership opportunities.

Benefits to investors:

  • Limited vacancy loss
  • Low unit turnover cost
  • Quick lease-up
  • Annual Inspections on HCVP units

If you see value in HCVP and how it can help you meet your occupancy and return goals while assisting the city's working families, please contact our Landlord Services team to get started today!
