If I were to build a site using Memberize for an all volunteer organization, what type of assistance should I expect from our decision to go with Memberize and the activation fee? There are lots of members to input and other things to set up. Is there a plan Memberize sets up with its clients?
We will upload your members for you as long as you can get them in our upload template (memberize.com/MemberizeUploadTemplate.xls).
We also do training Webinars for your staff and of course we have live phone support for new clients during office hours. Typically once the initial questions are asked as far as setting up e-commerce and your events and memberships things are self-explanatory from there on in.
