I notice on some website who are using Memberize, the have a subscribe to a newsletter form on the front page to collect email address. How do I create a similar box?
That Subscribe box is created automatically when you create a Subscription List that has an Access Setting of "Public."
Go to your Communications / Email Center administrator page and look for your Subscription Lists tab there, pick or create a list and mark it as "Public."
