Is there a method to search for and display duplicate member registrations?

Hi, thanks for posting.

There isn't a tool in Memberize built specifically for this unfortunately, but what I do is export a Member Report that includes everybody, and then sort by name and find the duplicates in Excel.

Then you can look up those members and use the "Merge" feature to combine the applicable duplicate records.

Thanks, I've already been using this method and it is not efficient. Seems like a function that should be included as part of member data management.

Thanks for the reply.

I'll add this comment to our wish list, perhaps we could build some kind of "duplicate members" search or reporting tool.
