Site Modification - Hi When I create a new page, I'm given the option to add additional meta-tags. It seems like these meta-tags over-ride the system meta-tags created in Website Style Management. It would be cool if I could add meta-tags to an event, which over-ride the system meta-tags as well. People searching for events in my city would be more likely to find my site. Please consider adding in the future, Thanks,
Unfortunately Memberize doesn't have any way to dynamically swap those tags. As it turns out, aside from the Page Title, those meta tags are pretty inconsequential when it comes to searches.
But the Page Title does matter for search, so ideally you would like to dynamically populate that title (meta) tag depending on the event posted...
Arguably that is an idea worth pursuing, unfortunately we don't have any way of doing this currently.
