Hi, I am looking for member software that allows my client to have a searchable member directory that updates automatically based on Membership Status w/in my organization. But I also need a non-technical way to post other content to the site, and I have (unfortunately) already paid a designer for graphics, logos & etc. but I need to tie these things together. Can I easily use my existing Web Design and Content to create a Memberize site that has the searchable directory? Can my non-technical staff make updates to the content?

Hi, It is fairly easy to "skin" Memberize to match your existing overall website design using your existing color scheme, graphics, and other design elements. If your Web Designer is still on board you can give them restricted access to your Web Pages and Styles areas only and allow them to implement their design in Memberize. Of course our Support Desk and our own Design Professionals can also be tasked to set this up as well. As for your web content (your various web pages) Memberize includes an HTML editor that allows for easy edits and posting of web pages. Most any type of Web content can be hosted at Memberize and updated at any time, you can even restrict Administrative access to certain areas so you can have a designated Web Master or Membership Director and define what Admin. areas are open for each role. Our member directory feature does update automatically based on various factors (expiration, membership cancellation, & etc.) and you can configure those terms and what information is posted. Each Member can also obviously log in and edit and control the profile information (but you can also lock them out of certain fields or even all of them if you prefer). There is also a separate Administrative interface that allows total access to edit, search, and report/export on any Member transaction, event registration, expiration or any other activity.
