Victoria Usherenko, ITWomen Founder and President;
Principal, Liaison Search Associates
Victoria Usherenko is the founder and president of ITWomen, and pr of Liaison Search Associates. Prior to establishing Liaison Search Associates, Victoria established the US headquarters of ISM Consulting, a small world class consulting boutique specializing in project management, corporate transformation and information technology staffing. While at ISM, Usherenko was responsible for new business development and candidate recruitment for her Fortune 500 and emerging high-tech clients.
She started her career with the First National Bank of Chicago where she served as senior internal auditor. She moved to Miami in 1992 to take a position with TransChem Finance and Trade as project manager conducting onsite due diligence, business development and analysis in the agriculture, banking, chemical and manufacturing sectors.
Victoria is a former President of Women in Technology International (WITI), South Florida Chapter. In addition, she has been involved in business and civic organizations throughout South Florida including, InternetCoast, Beacon Council, Women in Trade, and Former Soviet Union Florida Chamber of Commerce, World Trade Center. She was born in Kiev, Ukraine, and emigrated to the United States in 1975.
She holds a B.A. in Business and Finance from the University of Michigan and a M.I.B.A. in International Business from Nova Southeastern University.
Beth Morgan
Beth Morgan is the Senior Vice President for Program Management for a Fortune 100 communications company. Ms. Morgan manages numerous special projects and is responsible for program management activities across the commercial US business unit, including management and monitoring of numerous complex, cross functional projects. She also has oversight for the company's SAS70 and PCI compliance programs.
Ms. Morgan has more than 25 years of experience in a wide range of areas including program and project management, business process improvement, strategic planning and organization design and change management.
Prior to her joining her current company in 2002, Beth worked for Telcordia Technologies/BellCore, AT&T/BellLabs and Panasonic Eastern European Division.
Ms. Morgan received her undergraduate degree from The American University in International Relations and Public Communication and her M.B.A. from the University of New Hampshire. Ms. Morgan is also the Chair of the Business Advisory Council of the MEED Program at Miami Dade College and is the President of the Friends of Little River, a charitable organization working in the Little Haiti neighborhood of Miami.
She lives in Key Biscayne, Florida with her husband and three children.

Allison Eng-Perez, Partner, Deloitte
Allison has over fifteen years of experience in managing and implementing controls and systems for multi-national clients. Her experience implementing global enterprise resource planning and business process improvements allow her to identify areas of weakness and opportunities for development. She specializes in global organizations with complex organizational structures, system configurations and business processes. Her language skills in English, Spanish, French and Mandarin Chinese allow her to manage multi-national projects efficiently.
Allison leads our Chinese Services Group in the Southeast. She worked and lived in Hong Kong and Beijing. Due to her Chinese-American heritage, she is very passionate about serving our clients that have an interest working with China or with Chinese companies. Allison serves as a lead principal in our Enterprise Risk Services practice where she led our deployment of Sarbanes-Oxley services to both external and internal audit clients. Allison leverages her experiences from working with both our internal and external audit clients and provides insights to our clients on how to improve their communication and control structures. Allison is also a national trainer for Deloitte & Touche LLP and the Institute of Internal Audit, focusing on Sarbanes-Oxley, system controls, Enterprise Resource Planning auditing and enterprise risk management. Allison received her MBA from the University of Florida and BA, University of Michigan and Tufts University.

Lisa Landy, Shareholder, Akerman Senterfitt
A Shareholder with Ackerman Senterfitt, Lisa Landy's practice areas are in corporate and international law. Her industry experience includes aviation, banking and financial institutions. Her notable client work includes the purchase, sale, lease and finance of commercial aircraft in numerous international transitions and the representation of a Chilean company in a launch of radio wave location services in the U.S.
She has structured a joint venture acquisition of hotel and recreational facilities for Brazilian ventures, and a launch of branches for a cellular telephone and equipment re-seller. Landy has also negotiated the finance of a roll up of computer equipment suppliers in nine countries in Latin America and the acquisition of a major Mexican electronics supplier.
Her published work and lectures include "Autolatina Inter-American Law Review," Spring 1991; "A Multinational Tells Brazilian Prices to Take a Hike"; "10 Practical Steps to Protecting Your Company's Intellectual Property" and "Legal Aspects of Doing Business in Latin." She is a member of the Florida Bar and the International Law Section of the American Bar Association. Her professional activities include serving as Assistant Secretary for the Inter-American Bar Association and Chairman of the Board of the Organization of Women in International Trade.
Landy was recognized by Miami Metro magazine as 101 Women to Watch, May 2001, and is listed in "Who's Who 2001 in International Business in Miami and South Florida." Landy earned a B.A. with a major in international relations from Brown University in 1985 and a J.D. cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law in 1988.

Christine Zambrano, Shareholder, Concentris Inc.
Christine Zambrano is a Director on PowerSites Group, a Concentris, Inc. company, which specializes in software consulting and web marketing and design. Her background includes web marketing in publishing, journalism, grant writing, nonprofit development and retail business. She has served as web marketing manager for HCI Books (Health Communications Inc.),
She was Editor of the Spacecoast Press community weekly and was a feature writer and section editor at Florida Today, a member of the Gannett newspaper chain in east central Florida.
As an independent consultant to the Brevard County Human Services Department, Zambrano wrote a major grant application which served as a resource for numerous other initiatives in an underserved community. She also served as Development Coordinator for The EdFund, a nonprofit organization serving public school students in Miami-Dade County. Christine also was a principal of a retail furniture and interior design business in Cocoa Beach, Florida, for more than ten years. She grew up in Miami.
Christine is a member of the South Florida Internet Marketing Association (SFIMA), Florida Direct Marketing Association, holds a professional certification in E-Mail Marketing, and also holds certificates in a variety of technology-related skills, including web design and technical writing. She holds a B.A. cum laude in English Literature from the University of Florida and has pursued post-graduate studies at Rollins College, Winter Park.

Sherry Giordano
Sherry Giordano excels at building strategies for market penetration and maximizing revenue for emerging technologies and products. Prior to joining the Board of Directors, Sherry served as ITWomen Executive Director and was instrumental in establishing and developing the Role Model Speakers program during her service.
While serving at Digital she was involved in the "new" go-to-market initiatives and effectively worked cross-functional and partnership relationships. She played an integral role in many start-up businesses within Digital and managed local and national direct and partner sales organizations. She served as Digital´s Director of European Operations for Global Accounts, in Geneva , Switzerland . When Compaq acquired Digital, she was appointed a leadership role in both the European and worldwide acquisition integration teams.
Giordano co-founded consulting company S.F.T.G. Associates International following her career at Digital. As S.F.T.G. Associates' President and CEO, Giordano was hired by a Fortune 500 company to assist in the incubation process of start-ups, including a company with a state-of-the-art Geospatial Intelligence software that was highly acclaimed for threat assessment and mitigation. She was instrumental in developing and implementing a market introduction strategy that launched the technology into the federal marketplace and successfully achieved product acceptance.
Giordano also brings extensive experience in fund raising and building not-for-profit organizations in a variety of venues.
While serving on the United States Geospatial Intelligence Foundation (USGIF), she supported national scholarship and membership initiatives. Ms. Giordano was also selected to work with the Under Secretary to the Department of Labor to raise awareness of the Geospatial Intelligence job sector and to engage educators to create a K-12 program. She worked with members of Congress on geospatial awareness.
Between 1997 and 1999 in Switzerland , Giordano served on the Children Cares' Executive Committee, and chaired the Phoenix Initiative, which recycled end-of-life IT vendor product donations, and refurbished and made technology products available for children in an educational environment. She also promoted the Career Women's Forum, which advances and promotes women in their careers, and Women in Business, a nonprofit whose mission includes informing the international market about women in business.
Giordano graduated from Stephens College , Columbia , MO , with a Bachelors degree in Business and attended Oxford University , Oxford , England , her Junior year. Sherry has continued her education by completing a course in Marketing for Non-Profit Organizations at Radcliffe College , Cambridge , MA .
