Refund Policy
The following Refund Policy applies to all paid Naked Real Estate Investors Club Membership Subscription Services, which are Charter & Regular Memberships.
All Memberships, are bound by the Terms of Use for the Nakedrealestateinvestorsclub.com site.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Subscription Fees will not be refunded if the Membership has been canceled due to a violation of The Terms of Service Agreement.
Monthly Membership Renewing Subscriptions
Monthly Renewing Subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel your monthly renewing membership at any time during the month by contacting us via email at rikki@nakedrealestateinvestors.com. If you choose this option, your subscription will expire 30 days from the last payment. Any amounts paid prior to your cancellation will not be refunded.
Annual Memberhip Subscriptions
Annual Memberships may be cancelled within three (3) days of initial registration and the amount paid to Naked Real Estate Investing,LLC. for this Membership will be refunded in full. Naked Real Estate Investors Club will terminate the membership at the time of refund. After the 3 day cancellation period all annual memberships are non refundable.
If an Annual Membership was bought in order to attend a workshop, class, mastermind or any other Naked Real Estate Investors Club meeting for Free - and then a refund to membership is requested (after the event was attended and before the 3 day cancellation period is over), then the Annual Membership will be refunded minus the cost of the workshop, class, mastermind, event that was attended.
Modification
Naked Real Estate Investors Club reserves the right to revise the terms of this Refund Policy. Any changes made will apply to all memberships created or renewed after the date such change was implemented.
The following Refund Policy applies to all product purchases made through the Naked Real Estate Investors Club.
There is a 30 day refund policy for products purchased through Naked Real Estate Investors Club (Naked REIC). The 30 day period begins at the time the product is received.
If the product is purchased at a NAKED REIC event, then the 30days begins on that date of purchase.
In order to return product, customer must call the Naked REIC office at 714-855-3127 to receive a RETURN ORDER NUMBER and SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS on which location to return the product to. The RETURN ORDER number must be included with the product return.
PLEASE NOTE THAT ALMOST ALL SPEAKER PRODUCTS PURCHASED THROUGH NAKED REIC MUST BE SENT BACK TO THE SPEAKERS OFFICES WITH SPECIFIC SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS.
DO NOT SEND ANY PRODUCT BACK TO NAKED REIC OFFICES UNLESS YOUR ARE INSTRUCTED TO DO SO.
ANY PRODUCT RETURNED TO NAKED REIC OFFICES WITHOUT APPROVAL CANNOT BE ACCEPTED.
No returns will be accepted without a Return Order Number.
No returns will be accepted if they arrive past the 30day refund period.
