As a first time guest you may attend any of our regular monthly meetings for free one time. Our meetings are the first Tuesday of each month at the Greentree Radisson Hotel at 7:00 pm.
There is a general question and answer session from 6:30 PM till 7:00 PM with Steve Powanda. This is a great forum to discuss in a small group any of the problems, obstacles or ideas you have about investing. Topics range from property management to repairs to entities for asset protection.
There is an advanced investor's session from 6:30 PM till 7:00 PM with Brad Dornish, Esq. Brad will typically discuss a more advanced topic in detail local to todays real estate environment.
The main meeting begins at 7:00 pm with remarks from our MC and President. We have a short break an then the main presentation of the evening.
