Guidelines for Classified Ads
- Effective 3/1/09 members can post for free in any of the categories. Non-members will need to pay on Our Store and then send the ad to hello@mareia.com for posting. 300 words maximum for each post.
- Ads can only be posted that fit into the categories: Properties for Sale, Properties for Rent, Products and Services. Click here to Advertise.
- Any advertisement that does not fit into one of the categories above CAN NOT be posted in the Classified Ads. However, you can purchase a banner ad to advertise your business, services and other items for sale. The banner ad is at the top right-hand side of the Home page. - Non-conforming ads will be removed from the website. Repeat offenders will be penalized.
- Business Members’ ads can include business information; General Members’ ads should not include business information.
- General members must have a financial interest in properties they advertise.
- MAREIA reserves the right to deny, or place restrictions, on the content of member ads.
- MAREIA does not allow advertisements, promotions, or announcements at any MAREIA event or in any MAREIA advertising venue, referring to "bird dogs", payments for "finders fees," "referrals," "rewards," or any similar terminology, offering compensation for information leading to deals.
- Coaching and mentoring services can not be advertised at any MAREIA event, or in any MAREIA publication, unless authorized by contract, such as in a contract with a national speaker.
- No person or business can sell, promote or advertise any educational programs/seminars or products at any event, or in any publication, that are not co-sponsored by MAREIA.
