10/25/2018 - Multifamily Investing Through Crowdfunding

Multifamily Investing through Crowdfunding

Understand the latest market information on multifamily around Greater Phoenix and get your first look at crowdfunding in multifamily. With the recent passing of crowdfunding legislation, you no longer have to be wealthy to invest in commercial real estate. You can invest in multifamily projects in your community with as little as $1,000.

Neighborhood Ventures is hosting this investment opportunity event. At this event, you will understand the details on a specific property and how crowdfunding works for as little as $1000 in a real live scenario.

Neighborhood Ventures is a real estate crowdfunding company that offers all Arizona residents the opportunity to be shareholders in Phoenix Area apartment buildings.

During this meeting, the management team will be discussing their current investment opportunity, Venture on Marlette and taking your questions. During the first three days weekend of crowdfunding, for this project, over 50 investors have already participated and the project is already over 1/3 funded.

Project Overview

Venture on Marlette will bring this two-story, 12-unit apartment building into the 21st century with an updated color palette, colorful mural, modern touches, all working together to create a desirable urban community.

Neighborhood Ventures intends to renovate all 12 units over a period of 6 months. Renovations are to include upgrades to unit appliances, flooring, cabinetry, counter tops, fixtures and common areas.  Upon completion of the renovations, we intend to bring all rents in line with the market, stabilizing the Property, and then sell the Property by the end of Year 3.
