Buying HUD owned property.

Learn the process, contracting information and difference between buying a HUD owned property vs. any other ownership.

Two Speakers

Lisa G Lopez, Broker, Home Alliance Realty. Ms. Lopez and her team are a Local Listing Broker for HUD owned properties.

Len Herbert, Wells Fargo. Mr. Herbert will be going over the conventional rehab loan that Wells Fargo offers to help investors with another avenue of funding their purchase.

COST: Members $5.00, Visitors $15
