FOUND A GREAT REHAB – How Do I fund it???? 

Meet Mark Jorgenson of 1st Colonial Bank, located in Collingswood, NJ.  I have personally completed a bunch of transactions with Mark and so have many others in SJREIA.  They are local and have a phenomenal program for funding rehabs. 

Come out and learn how to present yourself and the project to be successful in funding the deal.  We will go into detail on what Mark and other lenders are looking for in you personally and the project itself.  We will also discuss ways to improve your chances of the deal working – putting more money down, partnering, etc.

We will then break down the loan requirements, overall process, time frame, interest rates, and all costs associated with funding a rehab for both FLIP and for HOLD purposes. 

Getting funding these days is one of, if not the biggest challenge.  This is a meeting that you should not a make an excuse not to attend.  Even if you are ridiculously tired from work and just want to go home – DON’T!  Come out and learn how we’re buying rehabs on a regular basis without a lot of pain.


We are working on bringing in speakers on a variety of topics as well as towns, projects and development in Gloucester County.  Gloucester County has more open space and some areas are priced lower than some of the other counties.

 This is a great restaurant that''s been newly renovated. We have a private room and for everyone who comes, they can order on their own.  Everyone loved this place at our June meeting which was our first meeting here, so come out and Enjoy!
