NEGOTIATING 

THE HIGHEST PAID SKILL YOU CAN LEARN IN REAL ESTATE:  HOW TO NEGOTIATE

You negotiate everyday in both your personal and business life.  Gaining negotiation skills allows you to control everyday situations without additional stress and enhance your financial statement.  One of the keys to success is being able to negotiate.  It does not matter if it is your personal life, your relationships with others, your business or your real estate investing.  Your ability to negotiate will allow you to better deal with the situations that arise on a daily basis.  Understanding how to negotiate not long allow you to be more productive but also to make the experience more enjoyable.

Negotiating is not a win/lose situation.  Done concretely it is a win/win or at least all parties share the feeling that they got a fair deal based upon the situation. We will explore how to create that win/win situation and how to use your negotiation skills to enhance your life.

Presenter:  DENNIS CLINE 

Bio: Dennis A. Cline is recognized as a local speaker and instructor in the field of real estate investment.  He has been a Real Estate Investor for over 30 years purchasing single family, multi-family and mix use buildings for both his own account and his partners.  He started his real estate investing career with over two years of training by some of the top real estate instructors in the field.  He quickly found a niche market in the Germantown section of Philadelphia buying 10 to 15 unit buildings that were in need of rehab.  Coupling his prior experience as a contractor with his new found talents in real estate he found the marriage resulted in an opportunity to make super profits.  He also took the time to get his real estate license.  After getting his real estate license he used it to help other investors wanting to get involved in finding investment real estate.  He has been involved in thousands of transactions over the years with just about every kind of property.

He has structured and written training courses tailored to the Real Estate Investor.  As the Lead Instructor for a real estate institute he helped develop training programs for, the Primary Training Event (tailored to first time investors), the Advanced Real Estate Training Program, How to Rehab property for a Profit, Property Management, Rent to Own programs for the Real Estate Investor, How to use Paper to buy and sell property, and Bargain properties.

Dennis is also one of the founding members and past president of DIG having been a member of DIG and its predecessors since 1978.

What is wholesaling? How can wholesaling get me started in real estate investing with little money out of pocket?

This workshop will be a brief introduction to wholesaling and then end with a roundtable discussion where you can ask your real estate investing questions and crowd source answers and solutions.

Presenter:  Joe Fishman is a veteran real estate investor with considerable wholesaling experience. Joe is a mortgage banker with Infinity Home Mortgage where he provides residential, commercial, and investor lending.
