Topic: Investing in Short Sales and Protecting your Real Estate
I am a real estate and asset protection attorney with the law firm of Rothamel Bratton, LLC in Haddonfield, NJ. Before becoming an attorney, I worked as a business valuation analyst and helped business owners to limit their gift and estate tax by providing business appraisals for minority and controlling interests. As an attorney, my practice includes residential and commercial real estate transactions, contract review, lender workouts and negotiations, real estate closings, and asset protection for real estate investors and business owners. I am an affiliate member of the Burlington/Camden County Association of Realtors and the Greater Philadelphia Association of Realtors. I have been a guest speaker at real estate offices in Philadelphia and South Jersey to speak on short sales and protecting yourself from unwanted creditors and plaintiffs.

- Different methods for finding a good Real Estate deal
- Analyze techniques to make sure the deal is a good one.
- What to do with the deal once you’ve gotten it.
There are hundreds of ways to prospect for your next real estate deal; from short sales & REOs to private owners and wholesalers. You can’t do them all so which technique will you focus on… Which one is right for you? Then, once you’ve found the deal, what do you do with it???
