BIO'S:

Fred Ezell - Fred is a seasoned investor who''s been there, done that.  He will share years of investing experience with you.

David J Ahlzadeh is a full time real estate investor in the Philadelphia, Phila Suburbs & the South Jersey markets. He transitioned out of owning a successful Painting company that he started when he was 23 where he learned a lot about construction and construction management. My Real estate investing experience varies from acquisition of Residential properties for rehab & rent, rehab & resell, wholesaling every month, rehab & lease purchase to a tenant buyers, building modular houses on single lots and reselling. My first deal I was scared to death, I bought my first property using a credit card taking a 10k cash advance and bought a HUD house that had no utilities on so I could not check the mechanical systems, but it was the best 10k I ever borrowed. I have also been involved in the acquisition and management of a small office building and strip center.

Dan Young has been a real estate investor since 1999, purchasing mostly multi-family properties in Burlington County. In 2008, he began purchasing REO properties in need of rehab. Once rehabbed, Dan has held these properties in his portfolio as rentals. Since 2008, Dan has purchased almost 60 properties from single family to 7 unit buildings.

Ed Rowell has been in the house buying business for over 10 years, working exclusively in the Camden County area.  He is an honest businessman who helps clients decide what is best for themselves and their property.  He can help with bad tenants, estate issues, title issues and properties in poor condition.
