Topic: Intro to Wholesaling

Wholesaling has become the hot new way to get in to real estate investing. Few other strategies provide such large payouts relative to a wholesaler’s minimal investments.

Wholesaling just one deal a year could put $5000 in your pocket.
However there are challenges.
Where does the wholesaler start?
What skills make for a successful wholesaler?
What obstacles should a wholesaler expect?
