Jay has been a Mortgage and Real Estate professional for almost 10 years. Four of those years Jay was a Branch Manager for Benchmark Mortgage. He has been a real estate investor for over 7 years, a past C.M.P.S (Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist), and educator for thousands over the years.
