If you can attend only one workshop this spring, make sure that it's this interactive and fascinating workshop with Dr. Judith Hale
In this workshop, Dr. Hale explains how performance improvement is different from and more effective than other solution-oriented consulting practices and why you should care. You will learn methods for getting useful data quickly, uncovering the real performance barriers, demonstrating value, engaging clients, increasing your influence, and getting support for sustainable solutions.
This workshop is designed for people wanting to better understand what performance consulting is all about, determine if it is the right career for them, and how to do it better. Practice is through using a case study.
Participants will get a series of proven tools, tips, and techniques they can use to:
- Explain what Performance Improvement is all about and how it differs from other consulting practices
- Get measures and data quickly that clients trust
- Assess and increase their level of influence
- Quickly surface factors contributing to under or poor performance
- Build a business case for a comprehensive combination of sustainable solutions
Attendees at the workshop will receive a copy of Dr. Hale's book Performance Consultant's Fieldbook. Additional copies of the book can be purchased for $27.95 during registration or at the workshop.
Lunch will be provided during the workshop.
