About Mike:
Mike Sumsky is a long-time REAPS member, Kitsap REAPS group leader and real estate investor out of Bremerton. Soon after graduating from the University of Washington, Mike entered the highly competitive world of medical equipment sales. It was there that he honed his skills as a successful salesperson and negotiator. Around the same time, Mike started buying real estate, and in just over 12 months he was able quit his J.O.B. to pursue investing full-time.
Many consider Mike to be a “transaction engineer”, utilizing several creative real estate strategies to create win-win, profitable deals.
