About Ron Turner...
We specialize in distressed properties of all kinds. We are foreclosure experts. We follow every property that is scheduled to go to sale at the Kitsap County court house and the Gig Harbor area. We follow every bank owned property and estate sale in Kitsap County and the Gig Harbor area as well as the real estate tax sales in Kitsap, Pierce and Mason Counties. I have been involved in buying foreclosures at various court houses for over 25 years.
We also specialize in first time home buyers especially VA buyers. Our goal is to assist buyers and sellers in achieving whatever their goals are. I know and believe that the average person's wealth (net worth) comes from owning real estate. So I naturally believe that everyone should at least own their own home. I believe that everyone should own as much real estate as they can handle. I am a avid believer in owning real estate. Real estate is the basis of all wealth. I have been in the Real Estate business since 1967 and the mortgage business since 1973. We assist clients in either buying or selling properties and if they need financing we can assist them with all their financing needs.
We have thirteen full time real estate agents and three loan originators who assist our clients. Our buyers service includes buying homes usually at a below market values. These homes are usually bank owned or estate sales. A lot of Bank owned homes and estate sales are available at below market value. We offer a complete buyers service if a client is interested in buying homes for cash at the Court House. We assist clients in buying a foreclosure by checking the title, valuing the property and doing all that is necessary in getting a great buy.
