Janet Reiner is Licensed Real Estate Broker with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Washington, Seattle and Real Estate as well as a First Year Law Student with Concord Law School.  She is the Founder of Mortgage Investigative & Research Services (MIRS) and her area of expertise is in Foreclosure Contracts and Mortgages within the Real Estate Industry.  She received a Presidential Nomination to West Point Military Academy in 1979, a full two years before the first woman joined their ranks.  Her dedication to community service is evident in her commitment in volunteering with several organizations including Barbara O’Neill Family and Friends, Thurston County Food Bank and Bud Ministries.

Having over 30 years’ experience in areas of Property Management, Residential, Commercial, Investing and Brokering, she brings to the table an expertise that encompasses many facets of the industry but her real interest is in Foreclosure Law.  She represents Clients with not only doing Chain of Title Assessments (COTAs) but assisting them further by prequalifying and referring to Attorneys across the nation who are experts in Consumer Foreclosure Defense.  She does litigation support services to assist with those Attorneys as well as setting up a support network for clients to be prepared for what will happen legally, emotionally and psychologically.  Janet believes you are not only a client but a relationship to be respected, maintained and developed over time.

She has been a member of the NWMLS for over 10 years and was the original Washington State Managing Broker with Connect Realty.com at its inception.
