 You wanna see your fellow REAPS Members in action, and hear their experiences (good, bad, funny & embarrasing) from the battle field?? Join us for the last meeting of the year which is always a fun and educational experience. Here is a hint of what you will see at this event.
Bob Crow - Bob's seller financed purchase with $1500 cash flow right out of the gate will be a crowd pleaser!
Greg Gallagher - Greg, a REAPS volunteer is bringing a cool deal he did this year.
Mathew Meier - Brand new member Mathew will bringing his first deal to discuss.
Patrick Gergen - Patrick is a REAPS volunteer, heads up our two Commercial meetings every month and a faithful Ambassador. Patrick is bringing an apartment purchase to share this year.
Brian Sorenson - Brian worked with fellow members Ron Turner Group on a fix and flip in Bremerton
Wendy Ceccherelli - Membership Coordinator Volunteer Wendy purchased a Ballard rental right off of the MLS and it's cash flowing $1000 a month right now!
But will there be cake?
Our annual slug-fest. Where local investors - REAPS members - sit in the hot seat and talk about properties they flipped, rehabbed, rented, sold, bought or just plain considered. You'll be treated to lessons learned and just how successful they were (or not!) AND you'll be able to hang out and speak to our intrepid investors afterwards.
Past Years' Deals of the year included a leaky, badly managed multi-family apartment building turned around, and an awesome rehab job done that initially wouldn't sell (and scared the pants off our club member!).
Yes, there will be cake....
If you attend only one meeting each year, this is the one where you'll hear real investors talk about real Washington State deals and success!
