Now REAPS is bringing you the opportunity to make more business contacts in one night than most people make in one month with our 4th annual Speed Networking Spectacular. No, this is NOT speed dating.

For our August REAPS monthly meeting, we're shaking things up. We’re inviting all REAPS members to join us at Mercer Island Community Center for the networking event of the year: REAPS Speed Networking...

As one of the oldest real estate investment associations in the country, REAPS has a diverse and talented membership base. We’re also growing. During our June membership drive, we welcomed a huge number of new REAPS members into the association. With all of these real estate professionals and investors, chances are great that the person you need to complete your next deal is right here.

We have people with money to lend, people looking to secure financing, people with properties to sell and people looking to buy, attorneys, title officers, new real estate investors and seasoned investors experienced in everything from wholesaling and rehabbing to long-term holds and short-term holds. At the REAPS Speed Networking event, we’ll make sure everyone meets everyone – in short, fun meetings. With just minutes to talk to each person, you can eliminate the mundane chitchat and cut right to the chase to determine how you may be able to help each other. It’s a fast, fun, easy way to widen your sphere of influence and increase your chances for sales, ventures, partnerships and success.

So what do you need to do? It's easy! Just bring yourself and enough business cards and marketing materials to share (we’re aiming for 150 people, so make sure to bring enough to go around!), and we’ll do the rest. We’ll share a few tips and tricks for perfecting your 1 minute commerical and we’ll get started meeting and greeting. Your next deal could be just minutes away!

We’re giving away prizes awarded for creativity. So don’t just show up…show up with a costume, a funny hat…how cool is your marketing? Bring giveaways for other members. Whatever you can do to be remembered will get you drink tickets for the bar and other prizes! Don’t be shy…shy doesn’t breed success….be OUTRAGEOUS!

The speed networking will start at 7 p.m. sharp and run until 8:30pm. We’ll be meeting for an after party at the Roanoke Inn on Mercer Island at 8:30pm so you can pick up on any conversations that were cut too short during the event!
