About the Group

The focus of this group will be to mastermind, network and discuss Airbnb and the Short Term Rental industry as a whole. 

Throughout these monthly meetings we will discuss:

--Software programs to use for pricing, automating communication, and calendar management

--The difference between the top 3 platforms - Airbnb, Booking.com and Home Away

--How to hire and manage cleaning crews

--Presentations by experienced Airbnb Superhosts, corporate housing companies, cleaning crews, and property management companies

--Specific customer types to market to and how

--How to protect your investment and keep eyes and ears on your properties at all times!

--How to scale your Airbnb business safely and efficiently

About the Leader

Dwight Johnson

Dwight Johnson has been a GaREIA member since 2015. He has been in the Short Term rental industry for over two years and in this time he’s had well over 700 reservations with guests from 16 countries -- all this while not owning the real estate he’s operating out of!  Dwight has multiple properties throughout the metro Atlanta area.

Registration Info

Members attend all Subgroups free of charge as a GaREIA Member benefit; Guests attend all Regional Subgroups free of charge (Southside, Cobb/West Georgia, Gwinnett, Intown Rehabbers, Northside Rehabbers), and may attend any one Subgroup that meets at GaREIA Headquarters free of charge; subsequent visits to any Subgroup that meets at GaREIA Headquarters require $25 Guest Fee. Online registration runs through 5:00 pm the day of this event; after that time, you may register at the door.  First time Guests should register at the door.
