About Our Panelists

David Laube is a Georgia Tech graduate who studied building construction and land development before stints at RCLCo. and the Morsberger Group, where he managed mixed-use developments ranging from $30 million to $190 million.

Some of David’s most memorable projects include studying the economy and market opportunities of a modern “gold rush” town in Williston, ND during its oil boom and analyzing market demand for graveyard products, including columbaria and a very quirky/unique event space for Historic Oakland Cemetery.  Aiding Atlanta tech start-up Cardlytics in growing their real estate from a 600 SF loft in Studioplex to 76,000 SF in Ponce City Market, with several stops in between, was also professionally rewarding.

David is a self-confessed HGTV junkie who rarely has time for the habit, given his active role in the community, sitting on the Historic Fourth Ward Park Conservancy Board and previous service on the Inman Park Neighborhood Board. When looking to unwind, David can be found walking the BeltLine, a rail-to-trail conversion project in Atlanta that is just a few feet from the NCG office door and his home.  More about Noell Consulting Group

She is a founding Executive Committee member of Sweet Auburn Works, Inc. She has served on the Georgia Tech Alumni Association Board of Trustees and is an active member of the Georgia Tech College of Design Affinity Group. Additionally, Jennifer is a member of the Urban Land Institute and a founding member of the Atlanta District Council Young Leaders Group.
