Program for April 12

Our Guest Speaker on April 12 is Javon Swint. His topic is "Investing in Multi-Family Properties".

Javon Swint

  • Have you ever wanted to invest in multi-family or commercial real estate but just don't know where to start?

  • Do you believe that you need to have a ton of money to invest in multi-family properties?

  • Do you believe that you can invest in multi-family or commercial property with very little money or credit?

If you have ever been curious about how to wholesale multi-family or commercial real estate, then YOU need to be at this Subgroup! Come out and see how this millennial is doing it. You will leave knowing exactly what to do next! But remember, it all starts with (you)! As I always say, you have to be there in order to be empowered! See you there!

About the Speaker

Javon Swint always knew that he wanted to become a commercial investor. His history of involvement in the commercial real estate industry began while gaining 50+ years of experience and knowledge working as an apprentice for the owner of the company that built the Equitable building in downtown Atlanta, Georgia. As an apprentice, Javon worked very closely with the owner learning the real estate language. Javon then worked with the owner regarding gas/diesel stations, major apartment buildings, crude oil, jet fuel, sulfur, high end hotels and most importantly analyzing the properties. He was in charge of marketing, accounting, support staff, and property management. This further enhanced his ability to provide expert knowledge when it comes to buying property. Javon has built a personal real estate investment portfolio which now includes a variety of commercial properties.
