Program for August 15
Steve Laube will be our Guest Speaker. Steve holds a BS in chemistry (don't hold that against him), MBA in finance and marketing, took the CFP program at Oglethorpe and passed the national boards in 2001. Steve retired in 2002 thanks in large part to his real estate "buy and hold" student housing investments; which he promptly sold! After ten years of living the dream, Steve has learned quite a bit about retiring, and is willing to share some of his thoughts as he starts on his second real estate career.
