This group covers the pros and cons of acquiring single family homes via HUD, REO, wholesalers, auctions, etc. We will go over areas of concern and what to expect from each scenario to discover the best tactic that may work for you. Purchasing homes at wholesale prices can be done in many ways and we will help you identify which method may work best for you.
