This group focuses on Creative Financing strategies. We mastermind, network and discuss using the Lease Option, Lease Purchase, Sub2, Owner Financing and other Creative Financing strategies for buying, selling and leasing real estate.
Group leader Mark Durham is the facilitator of the discussion. Mark has been investing in real estate since 1982. He started his real estate investing career primarily using creative financing strategies and still primarily uses creative financing strategies. Mark has been a member of GaREIA since the early 1990''s.
