The GaREIA Notebuyers Education Network Group meets the 4th Wednesday of every month. The Leader is Tom Boyer.
Real estate investors generally learn how to buy, rehab, rent or sell property. This process can come with many headaches. Rather than owning the property, and liabilities, Notebuyers own the mortgage note and collect payments.
In our group, you will learn how to calculate note payments, present value of a seasoned note, and how to evaluate the value of a note that is for sale in today''s market. Be the bank, not the rehabber/landlord!
Tom Boyer, AKA ''Cash Flow Tom'' has structured assemblages and office park transactions using seller financing, as well as everyday single family and multifamily residential real estate. Tom has led the Notebuyers group at GaREIA since 2009 and enjoys encouraging others to learn the power of the calculator.
