The Self Directed IRAs Education Network Group meets on the 4th Tuesday of every month at 7 pm at GaREIA Headquarters. Emphasis is on learning how to use Self Directed IRAs with real estate to create profits and long-term wealth. Self Directed IRAs are a relatively untapped resource of private funds with over $4.8 trillion available. Learn how to use Self Directed IRAs as an owner, lender or borrower. Various deal strategies are explored to maximize returns and minimize tax consequences and risk. Experience level ranges from beginner to advanced. Leader is Mike Jacobson.
