At our early meeting on September 6 at the Community Action Agency, the knowledgeable and witty Phil Crawford will certainly amuse you as he shows you how to REALLY evaluate those income properties. You’ll learn:

- What the income appraisal has to do with the banking world

Whether you’re a landlord, a future landlord, or a wholesaler looking to sell properties to landlords, you need to be there! Phil Crawford has worked in the Cincinnati market area as Certified General Appraiser for the past 15 years. He is a third generation appraiser, trained by his father and grandfather. Mr. Crawford is also an adjunct professor at Cincinnati State, and is the co host of the Mortgage Resource Hour on 55KRC. The show airs every Sunday at 1:00pm. Mr. Crawford is the president of Appraisal Stream, a locally owned appraisal fi rm, and is also the vice president of Title Stream, LTD. |

New 3-story building behind Swifton Commons (aka Jordan Crossing) at corner of Reading Road and Seymour Avenue. Langdon Farm Road intersects both Seymour Ave. and Reading Road north of the Norwood Lateral and South of the Ronald Reagan Cross County Highway. From I-75, take the Paddock Road exit and head east on Seymour Ave. about .75 mile. You will need to enter on the plaza level (level 2), which is the level of the outside shopping mall sidewalk.
