Make Big Bucks in Probate and Estate Deals
How to find them, and how to profit from them!
You probably already know that in order to find a great deal, you need a motivated seller. But did you know that properties involved in the probate process are often tied to very motivated sellers? Competition to acquire these properties is lower than it is for other types, such as bank-owned property, provided you can get them to call you BEFORE they call a real estate agent! But do you know what to do when you get that call?
At this information-packed meeting on August 16th, fellow investor and REIA member Paul Wesolowski will share some tips on how to reach this group of motivated sellers. AND, Attorney Mike Fletcher will walk us through a few of the possible scenarios for dealing with a property in probate.
You can’t afford to miss this! Be sure to join us on Thursday August 16, 2012 at the Hamilton County Community Action Agency and learn how to get your phone ringing with motivated sellers and how you can help them while putting cash in your own pocket.
Paul Wesolowski is an active local real estate investor, and a member and volunteer at Cincinnati REIA. At most of our Thursday meetings you can find him around the library – please stop in and say ‘hi’!
Michael C. Fletcher is the senior partner of Griffin Fletcher & Herndon LLP and focuses his practice on all aspects of real estate law, including title matters. He’s also a frequent lecturer on real estate matters for various companies and organizations, including the Cincinnati Bar Association and the Ohio State Bar Association. |
