Event Description

Are your buyers or sellers finding a new investor to work with before your deals close? Are you losing deals even after the purchase contract has been signed?
Become the victor when you attend this weeks’ 7:30pm session on Thursday, July 5, 2012, at the Cincinnati Hamilton County Community Action Agency. You’ll discover what to do to keep your buyers and sellers loyal to you all the way through to closing. Don’t let another investor take your deal. Learn when to talk and  when to listen. You’ll even discover the best seat at the table for you to sit when you’re signing documents with your buyers and sellers and why you should sit
there. Get information on how to read people and gain their trust over the phone to help you to be the victor from the very beginning of your interactions and get paid at closing. Deb McMillan has over 25 years’ experience buying and selling properties and for over 10 years trained others in closing short sale transactions
– buying and selling houses before they go to foreclosure. She is a Past Present of Cincinnati REIA, three year Past President of Ohio REIA and currently the GCREIA’s Short Sale SubGroup Leader.
