Brides of March

Join us for a hilarious pub crawl as we dress like BRIDES and take on the local pubs crash wedding-style! 

Brides of March is an annual bar crawl that's held in cities around America, put on by the Cacophony Society, the infamous urban pranking group with branches worldwide. It's a spoof of wedding culture that riffs on the Ides of March and involves hundreds men and women wearing goofy and glitzy bridal dresses while engaging in an afternoon of drinking. And based on Phoenix versions of the event in the past, which have been taking place since 2009, we're expecting an army of brides!

Gentlemen, this one is for you too! Get creative! :)

How do you participate?

1. Dress as your favorite bride or bridesmaid. A white wedding gown is absolutely mandatory, and feel free to get creative with hair and accessories for added fun! (off-white gowns work too)
2. Show up on time (by 11:45 AM -- yes, morning!) at a location TBD.
3. Once there, find our event leader Rebecca hanging with all the brides. Text Rebecca if you have any issues finding our group within the crowd.
4. Stick with the other brides and have a great time....more fun than you ever thought possible in a wedding gown! The crawl officially starts at 12 noon!

Donations Welcome: Please bring canned food items to donate to St. Mary's Food Bank. 

Please drink responsibly. This is a pub crawl, so if you plan to drink much at all, please have a designated driver, plan to take the light rail, Uber/Lyft or other public transportation, or book a nearby hotel. Please do NOT drink and drive, and drink responsibly or you may be removed from the event if safety or over-the-top behavior become a concern. Remember that it is illegal to drink alcohol in public other than within licensed establishments, so you probably don't want to risk bringing any alcohol of your own to this event. Thank you.  

More Details: Participation is limited to those 21+ in age, of course. Please bring CASH for the drinks/food at bars. Though not required, this will help you keep up with the crawl and not have to close tabs everywhere you go and be left behind! Each stop will take 30 min - 1 hour max.
