This month we will answer some questions and provide an overview of creative real estate.  We will address how to negotiate and structure different types of deals such as:

• Owner Financing

• Lease Options and

• Contract for Deed

Come and get your questions answered such as:

• What do you need to know to make them work?

• Which is best?  Why?  What situations?

• What documents do I need?

• Do all my documents get recorded?

• How do I negotiate with sellers?

• Why would sellers agree to provide financing?

• Is 0% financing always the best?  Can you really get that?

• When should you agree to finance your buyers?
