Most of us have seen the hit t.v. show "Flip This House", but if you're anything like me, you feel a strong sense of "something missing". Maybe their market is totally different, maybe the shows were shot in yesteryear's financial climate, and maybe it just doesn't make much doggone sense to use an example of buying a house for $50K, putting in $10K in work, selling it for $100K, and netting $40,000??
A couple of years back, Chad Tate and his family sat in a crowded Metrolina REIA Meeting, and decided that flipping houses was for them. With no prior real estate experience, they jumped in "feet first". Chad Tate and his family have been buying, rehabbing, and retailing houses in the Charlotte market of today, and making a phenomenal success of it.
The first half of this exciting event will be held at the Hilton Hotel, and will consist of the "classroom" portion.
