The Hendersonville Focus Group Meeting is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. at the Bay
Breeze Restaurant, 1830 Asheville Hwy/25N, on Tuesday, September 25, 2012.
This month's program will focus on the issue of rehabbing mobile homes. With
much of the affordable housing market and positive cash flow RE investments
in our geographic market provided by mobile homes, this is a timely topic.
Mike and Judy Clodfelter are our guest speakers. They are long time CREIA
members and investors in and rehabbers of mobile homes, mobile home parks,
and single family homes. They have polished some true
'diamonds-in-the-rough' into gems with positive cash flows
and increased values, including the turnaround of several mobile home parks.
Mike and Judy have a wealth of experiences and lessons-learned that they
will share with us to help you with your investing opportunities.

The Hendersonville Focus Group generally meets at the Bay Breeze Restaurant, 1830 Asheville Hwy.
From Asheville: Take I-26 south and exit onto US25 South to Hendersonville. Distance to Bay Breeze is about 5 to 6 miles after the exit. Watch for Hunter Chevrolet and two stop lights later an Ingles grocery on the left a short distance prior to the Bay Breeze, also on your left. The restaurant is about a mile north of downtown.
