CREIA’s Oct. 8 general meeting will take a close look at investing in mobile homes and mobile home parks. Why on earth would I want to invest in a mobile home? Aren’t “wobbly boxes” depreciating assets?
Come learn why some people absolutely love mobile homes at this month’s meeting. We have assembled a panel with several of CREIA’s most experienced mobile home investors. They have many decades of experience investing in mobile homes on land, “Lonnie Deals” (Buying and selling mobile homes in other people’s parks), small mobile home parks and large mobile home parks.
Mike Clodfelter, Roy Chapman. Bobbie Gray, Robin and John Wabich and others will be there to answer your every question. Tex Teixeira will moderate the panel, so send your questions in advance or bring them to the meeting. |
