The Hendersonville Focus Group Meeting is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. at the Bay
Breeze Restaurant, 1830 Asheville Hwy/25N, on Tuesday, August 28, 2012.
Our guest speaker this month is Susan Frady, Zoning Administrator for the
City of Hendersonville. Susan has been the Zoning Administrator since 1991,
and is certified in floodplain management and housing code administration as
well.
Susan will address issues related to our zoning laws, as well as other areas
such as floodplain management and housing codes, for which she is also
responsible. She will cover some past cases of do's and don'ts,
generalities, zoning maps, and entertain our questions.
A full understanding of how these regulations impact our real estate
investments is a key component for success. How many perceived deal
opportunities for higher value-added are blown by a lack of understanding of
what can and can not be done?

The Hendersonville Focus Group generally meets at the Bay Breeze Restaurant, 1830 Asheville Hwy.
From Asheville: Take I-26 south and exit onto US25 South to Hendersonville. Distance to Bay Breeze is about 5 to 6 miles after the exit. Watch for Hunter Chevrolet and two stop lights later an Ingles grocery on the left a short distance prior to the Bay Breeze, also on your left. The restaurant is about a mile north of downtown.
