The Hendersonville Focus Group Meeting is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. at the Bay
Breeze Restaurant, 1830 Asheville Hwy/25N, on Tuesday March 30, 2010. See
attached agenda for future programs schedule.
The topic for this month's meeting is "How to move from surviving to
thriving in today's real estate market?'. Teresa Jordan has organized a
panel of experienced CREIA members to address a broad range of issues in an
open forum. Panel members include David Maggard, Fred Hoffstadt, Langdon
Ammen, Liz Talmadge, and Ralph Freeman. Bobbi Gray has provided input as
well, although she can not be present.
Some of Teresa's focus topics include: how are you filling rental
vacancies?, are you finding residential or commercial financing?, how
willing are sellers to negotiate in this economy?, is anyone successfully
flipping and what is working for you now?, what cost cutting methods are you
using?, etc. There will be an opportunity for you to ask any additional
questions you may have.
Come Tuesday, March 30th and take advantage of the expertise and broad experience
base this panel has in property management, buying and selling investment
properties, financial issues in real estate, buying and selling notes, and
many others. You will leave with some good ideas to help turn a challenging
economy into a profitable real estate investing opportunity. |

The Hendersonville Focus Group generally meets at the Bay Breeze Restaurant, 1830 Asheville Hwy.
From Asheville: Take I-26 south and exit onto US25 South to Hendersonville. Distance to Bay Breeze is about 5 to 6 miles after the exit. Watch for Hunter Chevrolet and two stop lights later an Ingles grocery on the left a short distance prior to the Bay Breeze, also on your left. The restaurant is about a mile north of downtown.
