This group is for active real estate entrepreneurs who are looking to both share their knowledge and  increase their skills in making creative deals. All are welcome, but the discussion after 7 p.m. will be at an advanced level. This subgroup is led by Vena Jones-Cox and Jerry Fink.

This month’s topic is Creative Partnering. Partnering is usually thought of as “you bring the money, I bring the deal, and we split everything 50/50”. But what about when your partner wants future equity more than he wants current income? What if he needs the tax benefits, and you don’t? What if you’re doing more than 50% of the total deal? There are endless ways to put people’s money to work by giving them what they want to get what you need.
