Our meeting on July 16th will feature a speaker from the Hamilton County Land Bank. The Hamilton County Land Reutilization Corporation (HCLRC) is a type of Community Improvement Corporation commonly referred to as a “landbank”. The HCLRC functions as a non-profit corporation with a public purpose and is organized as an independent legal entity separate and apart from the local government. The HCLRC is a tool designed to return vacant, tax foreclosed and underutilized residential and commercial property to productive use in Hamilton County. The HCLRC’s to promote and facilitate the reclamation, rehabilitation,
and reutilization of foreclosed, vacant, and abandoned properties and to promote economic and housing development throughout Hamilton County through
