Locally lending policies have tied up many real estate transactions. Lending practices have especially slowed real estate investing. The Investors Lunch will feature the second speaker dealing with this problem. David Mussaire, the managing broker at Prudential Commercial Real Estate, will lead a discussion of trends in the current Cincinnati Commercial market.

The Investors' Lunch will be held at Riley's Restaurant, 11568 Springfield Pike Route 4, at the corner of Kemper Rd in Springfield. The time is Tuesday July 10th at 11:30 AM.
