Larimer County Medical Society Membership Information
2010 Membership Dues for LCMS are:
$170 for full -time physicians
$85 for part-time physicians (special request form must be filled out)
$15 for graduates
Membership in the Colorado Medical Society (CMS) is also required to be a member of LCMS. CMS will prorate membership dues based on time of request.

Your first step towards membership is to download and fill out the membership application. Please mail your membership form with one check for BOTH LCMS and CMS dues (made out to Colorado Medical Society) to:
