This course is meant to give a high level summary of the BIFMA e3 Sustainability Standard and the level® certification program. The course includes an overview of the content which includes Scope, Structure, Elements, Prerequisites, etc. as well as information on the third party level® certification process.

Mendy has held roles in manufacturing, quality and product line management. She is a LEED AP ID+C Accredited Professional supporting the certification of the U.S. Green Building Council's LEED Green Building Rating System and also serves as a steering committee member of the USGBC Indiana Chapter, Southwest Branch.
In addition, Mendy is a certified product auditor, a faculty member of the BIFMA level/Sustainability Standard CEU program and was recently appointed to the woodLINKS USA Board of Directors. She is also a member of National's Quality Sustainable Management team and serves as council leader on National's Sustainability Council.
Mendy attended Wabash Valley College and Southern Illinois University where she studied science.
In her current role as Director of Sustainability, Mendy is responsible for providing direction and assuring successful execution of our vision and strategy for sustainability and environmental programs across National. This includes fiscal responsibility to the forecast, ensuring regulatory compliance, and understanding the needs and goals of our customers and the marketplace.

Effective 2/14/13, ALL programs will be charging IIDA New England member no-show registrations the applicable non-member fee. To avoid this charge, you will need to contact the IIDA New England Chapter via email within 48hrs of the program informing us you can't attend.
The goal of CEU programs is to have as many people attend the programs as possible. Due to capacity limits at events, programs often sell out quickly. Keeping our no-shows to as small as possible allows the program to be well attended and a success.
