Education

RMCA is committed to providing development and networking opportunities for compensation and other human resource professionals within the community. In order to do this, RMCA provides:

Programs and Certification
Both members and non-members of RMCA are invited to attend luncheon programs held every other month during which contemporary total rewards subjects are presented by selected experts.  In addition, RMCA sponsors a variety of WorldatWork certification courses held in Denver.  The local courses provide a way for RMCA members to receive discounts and for all local participants to reduce expenses associated with travel. These courses also attract participants from outside of Colorado.
