Menergy, Victoria
November 1-4, 2013
Menergy 2012 was great fun, and a new team of volunteers is already organising Menergy 2013. Below are some details from last year's event. To keep up-to-date on preparations for 2013 you can:
Come and make new friends, catch up with people you already know, participate in group activities and workshops, and share in a unique experience. There will be lots of time for connection and learning, but you choose how your weekend looks and there is plenty of bushland on the property to get away from the crowd.
Our intention is that Menergy helps you engage with other men, creates opportunities to learn and grow, and provides Menergy to take back to your relationships, families and communities!
Whether you’re a newcomer to men’s gatherings or have been involved for years, head along and invite your friends. Bring your life experience, knowledge, wisdom and abilities—in short, just bring you.
Why Go Menergy?
- Spend time with men from across Victoria
- Make new friends
- Catch up with old friends
- Learn something new in the workshops
- Do something together with other men
- Get time away from life at home
- Space for reflection
- Be a part of shaping Menergy
Who attends a Men's Gathering?
Men from 18 to 80+ from all walks of life, careers and social gathering. We find there is no typical attendee. What we do find is that men who attend are usually seeking a better way to define themselves and a better way to live their lives. Manhood is open to all men from any background, religious, political or sexual persuasion. We encourage freedom for men to be real with themselves and other men.
